I maintained assigned customer database of aprroximately 135 small to medium, industrial and public sector customers. I managed customer credit, collections and conducted ongoing debt recovery.

I serviced customers with viable, tailored solutions for financial asset protection and growth, using proven techniques for financial assessment. Providing risk assessment. I managed a client database of approximately 70 customers, providing after sales service

Systems analysis and maintainance for 3 financial jurisdictional hubs. Eastern Caribbean, Dutch Caribbean, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. Which included documentation, testing, implementation and user support for banking transaction platforms. Diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolutions of network and system problems were daily functions with focus on systematic management and reduction of system downtime.
