Would you briefly introduce yourself, your sales agency, and how you broke into the Sales Outsourcing Industry?

I’m Kristen, the Head of Operations at Upcision. I’ve been working here for 4 and a half years, when I came in it was still very much in its infancy. Flash Forward now to four and a half years later and we are servicing some of the bigger Fortune 500 companies as well as some of the smaller Mom and Pops so we are just growing strong.
