Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proven sales professional to sell directly to mid-market companies based in North America via the telephone and internet presentations. The Sales Representative will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale. We offer a SaaS solution for the finance and accounting function (FinTech) and sell primarily to CFOs and Corporate Controllers of companies between $100M and $2B in revenues.

  • Daily prospecting: phone, email and social media outreach to cold and warm leads to book online demos and hold qualification calls. 
  • Selling: assisting the product manager/technical expert in online live product demos, compiling the proposal (Buyer's Tool Kit), coordinating follow up calls and negotiations.
  • CRM Documentation: documenting phone calls and emails for all prospecting, demo and selling activities. Maintaining updated pipeline information in Zoho CRM. 
  • Pipeline reporting: periodically report on progress and perform sales related analytics. 
  • Product knowledge: maintain a basic knowledge on our SaaS offering

Salary and Benefits
Base Pay
$1,500 - $2,000 USD per month.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inside sales roles
  • Advance English Level with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme organization skills 
  • The ability to take detailed notes during calls and demos, and update documentation in Zoho CRM 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
