I was the Head of the Orders Department. Taking care of orders and also selling more merchandise. My roles included calling and texting customers, invoicing, emailing, and marketing.

I was in charge of email marketing, cold calling as a senior BDR, and some graphic design.

My roles consisted of hiring cleaners, doing background checks, phone interviews, graphics design for marketing, calling customers, and sometimes doing things for her second company.
