As a global sales enablement lead at Multiplier I was responsible for enabling SDRs and account executives. Creating new sales training content, improving sales processes and helping the organization lay out a scalable program.

Initially started finding new opportunities while recruiting new members, to managing a team of 14 SDRs. In 6 months headcount went from 20 reps to 14 producing double the amount of qualified submissions.
