Built and scaled a home cleaning marketplace from zero to $550K+ in total revenue, 200+ customers per month, and 1,000+ inbound leads per month. Responsible for the full growth stack: lead generation, SEO, CRM automation, paid and organic acquisition, and conversion optimization. Architected and deployed the company's AI and automation infrastructure -- including a voice AI agent for inbound booking, an automated blog publishing pipeline, a real-time operations dashboard, and a dual-webhook booking analytics system. Integrated and maintained the full tech stack across GoHighLevel, Stripe, n8n, Zapier, Railway, and a custom Next.js website. Operate the business on a lean team by replacing manual workflows with systems that run continuously without human input.
