Manage and administrate call center activities and functions. Administration in finance and backend for the

Membership department. Maintain team in meetings monthly daily and monthly quotas. Preparation of

reports and updates daily in our meetings on the sales and operations of the call center leads. Also

managed the Telemedicine portion of the call center in the phone sales of DME products and reporting daily

to Affiliates (Pharmacies) on the conversions for the leads approved by insurance and patients.

Support and establish as stated in the agreement and rules established for the partners associated with the

site. Maintain statistics reports on the projects given and put in to see that the agencies accomplish their

task and make the quota as instructed. Provide on time as requested all reports and assignments. Managing

over 35 international agencies on how to administer their agency associated with the site. Support the team

with other projects such as in the marketing team to optimize the project's functionality
