I was responsible for over 300 clients and their cases, providing them with case updates, walking them through the cases processing process, and Coordinating treatment, using, SMS, email, and phone calls.

I was responsible for collecting data from clients and medical providers for the firm, using SMS, email, and phone calls.

I started off in the prequalifying department, providing medical provider with prequalifying information, and was later promoted to the claims team, where I did claims, appeals, and dispute, I was also a interim SME for five months, assisting the team lead with managing the team, coordinating meeting and evaluating calls.
