My main functions consisted of structuring, sending and financing

consumption and commercial purchases, as well as teaching customers the appropriate use of the

services we provided. Direct structuring of sales transactions. Customer

Relationship management, financial/banking duties, financial sales, team leader, sales leader

I needed to be in constant communication with multiple lenders.

My main role was to answer calls from vehicle owners who were looking for their vehicles, explain to them the reason why it was towed and depending on the situation, schedule appointments for them to pick it up or announce 1 hour in advance that they were already picking up the vehicle. I was also in charge of taking inventory of all the vehicles towed that day, as well as responding to requests from our clients to tow unregistered vehicles on private property.
