Resolved an average of 15–50 customer inquiries per day through phone calls, emails, and chat messages, consistently achieving a 95% satisfaction rate. Additionally, provided IT support by maintaining hospital computer systems and troubleshooting software and technical issues, contributing to nearly 100% system uptime.

While working in Customer Support, I also assisted the HR Manager with various tasks such as contacting candidates, conducting interviews, and handling paperwork. I have interviewed and trained over 70 employees. My main training approach focuses on active, hands-on learning, encouraging new hires to perform tasks themselves while I guide them step by step. I also maintain an open and supportive environment, where they feel comfortable asking questions without fear of offensive judgment.

I managed the project of creating a database for Alzahra Hospital to store both employee and customer records using PostgreSQL. i used my IT Skills to set up the server and database, enabling staff to securely access and upload records. In addition, I trained new hires on how to use and manage the system effectively.

While studying at Shohada Aldomor LY, I worked part-time at Almaysra Car Dealer as a Sales Assistant. My role primarily involved supporting the sales team in finalizing deals, which included preparing and organizing paperwork, assisting customers through the sales process, and ensuring smooth handover of vehicles.
