For Direct Hire, we charge a one-time fee of 30% of the candidate's first-year salary, paid when the hire starts. This includes a 6-month replacement guarantee. You handle payroll and compliance directly. There is no ongoing monthly cost to CloudTask with Direct Hire.
What is Graduation?
Graduation is for companies that already have a CloudTask-managed team member and want to transition that person to their own payroll. The one-time fee is $7,500 flat. After graduation, there are no ongoing CloudTask fees for that hire.
