Ensure timely delivery of orders within SLA and monitor SLA fulfillment rates.

Generate daily and ad-hoc performance reports for stakeholders.

Clean and analyze order data to identify delays, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Build and maintain live dashboards to track order status and asset locations.

Present actionable insights to operations and management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work with the resolution team to investigate and resolve order issues and customer concerns.

Manage returns process: identify causes and propose solutions to reduce recurrence.

Create reports for the transport team to monitor asset status and improve dispatching.

Power BI (Power Query/DAX & Service), Excel (Pivot/VLOOKUP), Tableau, CRM (SmartChatify, Mercury, Zin), and MS Office are used for live dashboards, data preparation, and customer resolution.

Drive regional sales & distribution targets across the region

Manage operational execution of distributor contracts and performance vs KPIs (volume, revenue, numeric & weighted distribution, service, cost, food & safety).

Lead channel and PACE execution with the 3P field sales team to grow coverage and sales.

Recruit, onboard and develop the right trade partners and new distributors to expand market reach.

Oversee POS/merchandising deployment, regional budgets, forecasting and local market/competitor monitoring.

Ensure compliance with sales processes, pricing, contractual and safety requirements while promoting continuous improvement.
