I manage the end-to-end freight process, including identifying reliable carriers, negotiating competitive rates, coordinating schedules, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise. My goal is to ensure that all freight moves efficiently, safely, and on time while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with both shippers and transportation providers.

I am responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline. I conduct market research, reach out to prospects through multiple channels, and clearly communicate our value proposition. I qualify leads, nurture early-stage relationships, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition into the next stage of the sales process.
