Manage the entire RCM process, including billing, coding, claim submission, and collections, ensuring efficiency
and accuracy to optimize financial performance.
● Maintain regular communication with clients, including upper management, C-Level executives, vice presidents,
and directors, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
● Collaborate with various departments such as HR, Recruitment, Quality, and Training to ensure smooth
operations and adherence to company standards and objectives.
● Regularly monitor revenue streams, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to optimize collections and
reduce costs, ensuring the financial health of the organization.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, implement best practices for process
improvements, and stay updated with the latest regulatory changes to minimize risks and enhance operational
efficiency.
● Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed
decisions that drive improvements in RCM processes and overall operational performance.
