I spent my time at Dialectica managing key client accounts and projects across the Americas, focusing on driving significant revenue growth and client retention by identifying and pursuing new business. I evolved from connecting clients with key industry insights as an Associate to a leadership role, where I trained new team members and was the primary contact spearheading project success and commercial results.

During my three years as an Assistant Contact Center Manager, I was the engine behind a major expansion, successfully launching a brand new campaign across both Colombia and Peru focused on "propensity to buy" sales. This involved recruiting and building the entire high-performing team from the ground up, while continuously optimizing operations to boost efficiency, ultimately resulting in stronger sales performance and better customer satisfaction.
