- Performance Reporting: Provide management with regular reports on leasing performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, rental income, and tenant retention.
- Process Improvement: Document and continuously improve leasing-related processes. Research and implement new software solutions to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
- General Support: Provide administrative support as needed to assist management in meeting broader business goals
