Contacted decision makers, doing outbound calls, sending emails, leaving voicemails, sending text messages through an AI enhanced dialer called NOOKS that used call sentiment.
Gathered information such as number of lines, phones, physical address, name of the company, their current internet and phone service provider, bill amount and if they had VoIP or Landline.
Booked appointments and then entered the information in the HubSpot CRM and submitted it for our account executives to have access to it and attend the meeting to introduce our AI enhanced VoIP, security and network management products to prospects.
