My role in this marketing agency was to approach potential leads and prequalify them

for a lead manager to close the deal, In my first months I managed to set various

appointments which led the company to promote me to a lead manager position where I

was able to close over a 100 high ticket leads ($2k-4k) over the years ,

I would have to follow up with the leads to make sure the company was meeting their

needs

Omega is a high-rise building maintaining company in Toronto CA, I was in charge of

managing the social media accounts from the company creating content to attract

customers and also managing Facebook and Google ads. After six months at the company

they promoted me to lead closer. I was doing both marketing and closing leads, making

sure to nurture them to have client success. I was able to close over 25 high ticket leads

(20k to 30k) that signed a contract with the company

I started in this company as an appointment setter even though they were looking for a

closer I just had to go through that role first where I was able to pre qualify a lot of leads.

After two months I was able to have enough training for the company to promote me to a

closer where I was sealing deals with leads that were willing to sell their houses to us for the

company to either renovate them and resell the houses for a higher price or to do a

wholesale deal with flipping companies

At Realty Gen, I was matched with two of their top-notch clients, who were well-known

realtors specializing in high-end properties in Palm Beach and New York.. I was in

charge of pre-closing any lead that would come from our ads campaign and setting

them on an appointment to go take a look at the property and going with them thru the

process for a final closing. Additionally I was responsible for selling our premium

marketing program to homeowners already selling their properties, helping them

secure top-dollar offers above market value
