They manage documentation, communication, scheduling, compliance, and closing logistics — allowing loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to work together seamlessly and accurately

1. Documentation & File Preparation

Collect and review all required documents (income, credit, appraisals, title, insurance, etc.).

Verify completeness and accuracy before submission to underwriters or processors

Input and maintain borrower data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) or mortgage platform

2. Communication & Follow‑Up

Act as the main point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, and other vendors.
