I was responsible for assisting customers with their plans, whether upgrading or downgrading. I also helped them understand their bills and sold them fiber optic internet. Additionally, I assisted with service cancellations, restorations, account setups, and technical troubleshooting.

At Amazon, my role involved processing refunds for orders that arrived defective or sending replacements. I also provided compensation in case of shipping issues and explained to customers how to redeem their gift cards, among other tasks.

At Grubhub, I acted like an online waitress. Customers called to place orders, and I found the restaurant they wanted. I processed payments and assisted with any issues like incorrect or damaged orders, or missing items.

At Coyote, I worked as a dispatcher and broker, serving as the communication link between the transporter and the client. I negotiated shipping rates, tracked each shipment, and ensured timely delivery to shippers or receivers.

At Auto Transport, my role was similar to a logistics coordinator, but specifically for vehicles. I arranged car transport from pickup to drop-off locations and sold transport services to clients. There were many security processes in place due to the high value of the vehicles.
