My responsibility has a technical support representative was to provide exceptional customer service to customers by helping them with logging onto their online application ring central and HubSpot, I also assisted the customers with troubleshooting their devices such has ring lights camera and also Wi-Fi modem. I also gave customer education about the goods and services to leads. I also assisted in sending out technician to assist the customers with the repair of cables if there were any outages within a specific area. I also did part time sales where it was inbound, I gave leads and customers knowledges about the goods and services to buy the products which is new modem and other devices if there was any updated version coming out. By doing this our monthly goals were always meet and sustain positive satisfaction to our customers has well.

My responsibility was to educate leads about our goods and services being offered, I also assisted customers by providing them with the dna results, with this campaign I also had to help the customers and leads with fixing their family tree if there was any errors or duplications. My job was to also sell ancestry dna kit for both customers and pets and also introduce the product to new leads. I mainly have to provide the relevant information and explain it so that they could have a better understanding of the services being offered.

My role was to provide medical benefits, check codes to see if preauthorization is required, check on predetermined and preauthorization status, provide claims status, provide pharmacy information so that the patients, or new leads can get further assistance. I also help the patients and leads to find the nearest location to get a provider in network or out of network so that they can get their insurance covered at a affordable price.
