Given the role of representing different clients in promoting their products/services to ICPs, for possible collaborations. The position entailed many prospects being contacted and meeting certain quotas within a period.

Contacted prospective clients in the Service Industry, through different mediums (call, text & email), to provide them with marketing & promotional services for their businesses. Informing them of the advantages of having a business website, and liaising with the clients and Account Executives, were some of the other tasks completed daily.

Assisted existing and potential clients in understanding the services and meeting their needs. Provided alternatives to clients seeking to cancel their memberships, and promoted features that may enhance their customer experience. Also completed tasks of qualifying potential clients before they were added to the company’s pipeline. Communication was done through chat and email to multiple prospects at the same time, to achieve efficiency.

Gave back-office support to agents working on the Urgently Roadside Assistance program, by providing adequate solutions to daily issues, key advice on handling various client situations, and other duties. Provided one-on-one coaching and guidance to agents who may have issues in certain areas of their performances.

Created booking quotations, summaries, and confirmations for clients traveling to international destinations. Provided detail-oriented efforts that increased the company's productivity.

Drove revenue growth through different sales techniques for several businesses. I also, built a great rapport with clients while improving the organization's stature.

Booked for multiple resorts and hotels while providing highly-valued service. Played a role in promoting the tourism product located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to visitors and provided immeasurable support in vacation planning. Having a great record of revenue creation and client satisfaction, I was given the position of Sales Support, where I resolved issues through a ticket management system, assisted in training new agents and supervised and conducted quality assurance.

Represented numerous clients/companies in marketing their services to several prospects and attracting business. My ultimate goal was to boost Outbound View's success with its current clientele while attracting more company investment from other potential enterprises.
