Property Preservation Industry USA (Home Care Maintenance LLC, under SK IT Centre)

The industry and all operations were in the USA. We were working remotely from the Bangladesh office.

My core responsibilities included:

- Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing all communications to maintain trust and satisfaction.

- Prospecting and onboarding qualified contractors to scale service coverage across six+ states.

- Overseeing the full cycle of project execution—from securing new contracts to assigning and managing work orders, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

The role demanded consistent revenue generation, contractor recruitment, and client retention—all under tight deadlines and performance metrics. I met or exceeded revenue targets in 70% of reporting periods, playing a key role in achieving 300% company revenue growth within six months.

Additionally, I built and scaled a contractor network from scratch, onboarding over 40 active partners across multiple states in under a year. This expansion significantly increased our project capacity and helped unlock new business opportunities.

My success was driven by strong persuasive communication, both written and verbal, and a proactive approach to solving client and operational challenges.
