• Facilitate outbound calls and emails related to compliance and account recovery for past-due accounts and accounts headed to collections.

• B2B sales & account management: Suggest and provide IT solutions to business and management problems by winning customer trust and by building new and maintaining long-term assigned customer – base - relationships.

• Produce 200+ monthly invoices for customers sent to collections with outstanding balances and unpaid status accounts.

• Ensure all IT equipment and configurations comply with industry standards.

• Assist Compliance Manager with 20% cost reduction efforts in diagnosing and addressing system and technology issues for clients.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, risks, policies, guidelines, and regulations to provide customers with accurate responses.

• Analyze and resolve issues by taking routine preventative measures while implementing, maintaining, and monitoring network security, especially as it pertains to the network connecting to the internet.
