Honest Land is a Texas-based startup focused on investing in land with the potential to be subdivided into smaller lots and resold. My initial tasks involved cleaning up a database containing tens of thousands of properties to filter out those without potential. To achieve this, we used tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Spreadsheet, LandID, Notion, and Slack, as well as the CADs (property tax websites) from various Texas counties. These tasks required not only the ability to interpret different databases but also to analyze various types of maps and satellite images. Later, we conducted comparative market analyses to assess the financial feasibility of potential transactions. Over time, my responsibilities evolved into an administrative assistant role, which included making calls to real estate agents, county officials, property owners, investors, and engineers to gather and verify relevant information.

My main responsibilities included developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with the aim of enabling leaders (from floor supervisors to C-level executives) to effectively track their teams performance.

I joined Teleperformance as a technical support call agent for Cablevisión-Fibertel's cable and internet service during the days leading up to the 2018 World Cup. In this role, I excelled in my KPIs, demonstrated willingness to work on holidays, adapted to the leadership styles of different supervisors, and regularly learned new tools. As a result, I was promoted to Reporting Analyst

Most of my life I have worked fixing computers of personal use and teaching people how to use them correctly. Eventually associated with a friend and opened our own shop. We didn't have a website, so the link I shared above is to a picture posted on my Facebook page from the day we opened our shop.
