As a customer service representative, my main duties included responding to customer inquiries and addressing technical challenges. I was also the team leader for a group of ten junior customer service representatives. As a group leader, I was responsible for dealing with issues that the members of the team escalated. I was also responsible for training the company's new customer service employees. I used the CRM tool Avaya to carry out my duties. I became a group leader because i was identified to be proactive and hardworking as I often took it upon myself to learn and assist my colleagues.
