My role at this company was to assist customers in making bill payments for their utilities and taxes. I was very professional and proficient in this role as it requires keen listening skills and trust building in order to obtain members billing information and ensuring a smooth process. I was voted best agent of the month for serval months at this company.

My role at this company was to deliver exceptional customer service experience by ensure customers received their packages in a timely manner and in good condition. I was also required to assist members concerns with sellers on the platform and if they had any complaint to ensure eBay sellers settle dispute. I was then given the opportunity of being floor support for new representative where I help them to understand the applications and learn about the product.

My role at this company is to provide excellent customer experience in filling member prescriptions and ensuring that it is delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. I also provide member with the benefits of using our insurance and what their plans consist of. I have a 20% conversion rate in getting customers to use our pharmacy and excels in having them also switch and enroll in our insurance.
