Appointment setting and customer support for various car dealerships in the United States. My main responsibility was to schedule service appointments for customers. Our team acted as the first point of contact for clients needing maintenance or repairs on their vehicles—such as oil changes, mechanical repairs, and routine service check-ups.
We coordinated directly with the service departments of the dealerships to ensure that appointments were properly scheduled based on availability and customer needs. In addition to booking appointments, we also took messages, answered basic service-related questions, and relayed important information to the service advisors.
In many ways, we served as virtual assistants for the service advisors, helping manage their calendars and workload. Once the customer arrived at the dealership, the service advisors would provide more detailed information and keep the customer updated on the vehicle’s status.
