Spectra Lending is a FinTech company and commercial real estate bridge lender. My role within the company was to take the "trash" pipeline of unqualified or disqualified leads and monetize them for the first time. On a typical day, I would hold 15-25 intro calls with both borrowers and mortgage brokers to see if our lending products were a fit for their commercial real estate needs. My outreach was done through Outreach.io, Hubspot, and AirCall as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator where I would connect with hundreds of leads on a weekly basis. Having no prior experience in commercial mortgages, I was able to build this department from a messy Hubspot pipeline with zero active leads to $16M in closed loans in 6 months.
