The Short Answer
The outsourced SDR companies a US B2B SaaS startup should shortlist in 2026 are Belkins, CIENCE, Leadium, LevelUp Leads, Martal Group, memoryBlue, SalesHive and SalesRoads. Only 2 publish a full price list: SalesRoads charges $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 dedicated SDR, and CIENCE lists SDR capacity from $1,500 a month plus platform and setup fees.
We checked every company on this list on its own website in October 2026: how it charges, whether your reps are dedicated, where they work, the contract minimum and how you get out. If a company did not publish a fact, the table says so. We left out agencies whose terms we could not confirm on their own site.
One disclosure up front. CloudTask is a staffing and recruiting company, not an SDR agency, so we are not on this list. If you would rather hire your own dedicated SDR, the box near the end explains that route.
How We Built This List
This list of outsourced SDR companies started from the vendors AI assistants recommend most. When we asked ChatGPT and Gemini "What are the best outsourced SDR companies for a US B2B SaaS startup?" 5 times each on October 8, 2026, the same names kept coming back: Martal Group, Belkins, memoryBlue, SalesRoads, SalesHive and CIENCE in Gemini, and Leadium, memoryBlue, Martal, Belkins, SalesRoads and LevelUp Leads in ChatGPT.
For each one we read the pricing page, the FAQ and the service page for outsourced SDRs. We recorded 5 things:
- Model: monthly retainer, per-SDR fee, pilot or pay per result.
- Dedicated or shared: whether a rep works only your account.
- Location: where the reps are based.
- Published price: a number on the site, or "quote only".
- Contract and exit: minimum term, notice period and any guarantee.
The companies appear in alphabetical order. We did not rank them, because the right pick depends on your budget, your market and how much of the playbook you already own.

The 8 Best Outsourced SDR Companies for B2B SaaS
Belkins
Belkins says it will "recruit, train, and manage a dedicated SDR unit" for each client, with reps based in North America or, at a lower cost, in Europe (Belkins outsourced SDR page). The same page lists an average starter price "from $5,000" and a target of 100+ sales meetings a year at that level. Belkins sells monthly retainer packages and quotes each one on a call (Belkins pricing). It does not publish a minimum term or a guarantee.
One detail to raise on the call: Belkins sets up "lookalike email domains" so reps write as part of your team. Ask who owns those domains and mailboxes if you leave.
CIENCE
CIENCE publishes the most detailed price list in this group (CIENCE pricing). You pay a one-time $5,000 GTM system setup, a $2,000 monthly strategic team, a $499 monthly platform fee and $1,000 of onboarding per SDR. SDR capacity is priced separately by level and location:
- Offshore: $1,500 to $3,500 a month
- Europe: $2,500 to $4,500 a month
- US: $4,500 to $6,500 a month
The strategic team and platform run month to month. CIENCE says SDRs can be sourced through vetted agencies or hired direct, with CIENCE managing contracts and supervision. Do the math before you compare: one US Level 1 SDR in month 1 costs $12,999 with setup and onboarding, then $6,999 a month after that.
Leadium
Leadium describes itself as "a 100% US based sales company" and runs all contracts month to month (Leadium pricing and FAQ). Prices are quote only; the intake form starts at a "$2,500 to $3,500" budget band and goes above $10,000. Leadium's FAQ says it "guarantees the service and sales activity deliverables" but gives no guarantee on appointment outcomes. The site does not say whether a rep works one account or several, so ask.
LevelUp Leads
LevelUp Leads sells 3 packages starting at $5,000: Fractional SDR, Full-Service SDR (300+ calls per business day) and Growth, which includes 2 full-service SDRs (LevelUp Leads pricing). Payment is prepaid monthly. You sign an initial 3-month commitment, then the service rolls to month to month. LevelUp says billing starts when the first campaign launches, not at onboarding. The company is based in California and works as a fully remote team.
Martal Group
Martal Group sells outbound lead generation through "an onshore team of experienced B2B sales reps based in the EU, North America, and LATAM" (Martal Group). Its pricing page shows no dollar amounts. Tier 1A, outbound lead generation, is a flat monthly fee with a 3-month pilot campaign, then a monthly subscription. Tiers 2 and 3 add sales and account management, charge a flat fee plus sales commission and start with a 4-month pilot (Martal pricing). Martal offers both a full-time dedicated team and fractional roles.
memoryBlue
memoryBlue reports "650+ dedicated SDRs, ADRs, and AEs" and 7 offices: Tysons (Washington, DC), Waltham (Boston), Austin, Dallas, Denver, London and Singapore (memoryBlue). Its FAQ says there is "no single published rate" because price depends on the service, the team size and whether the deal is outcome-based or a standard retainer. Minimum contract length "varies by service." memoryBlue starts most SDR programs with roughly 2 weeks of non-billable onboarding. Its FAQ also says it expects you to arrive with an ICP you hold with "70 to 80 percent confidence."
SalesHive
SalesHive charges "one flat monthly fee" covering the SDR team, a strategist, its AI platform, data and tools (SalesHive pricing). Plans run from Starter (1 dedicated SDR, phone only, 100+ daily touches) to Crush (2 dedicated SDRs, 500+ daily touches). SDRs are US-based, with an offshore option at a lower rate. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts; after outreach starts, a written notice ends billing at the close of your next billing month. SalesHive does not price per meeting and does not guarantee a meeting count. Annual plans cost less per month than month to month.
SalesRoads
SalesRoads publishes a per-SDR price: $11,950 per 4-week engagement for 1 SDR, falling to $8,375 per rep with 2 and $7,340 per rep with 5 (SalesRoads pricing). Every rep is dedicated and "never shared across accounts." SalesRoads states "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime," and recommends you stay through its 12-week go-to-market lab before judging results. The site does not say where the SDRs are based.
How Much Do Outsourced SDR Companies Cost in 2026?
Outsourced SDR companies that publish prices in 2026 range from $1,500 a month for an offshore CIENCE SDR (before platform and team fees) to $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 dedicated SalesRoads SDR. Belkins and LevelUp Leads both start at $5,000. Leadium, Martal Group, memoryBlue and SalesHive quote only.
The founder who started the r/startup thread "Anyone tried outsourced SDR services? worth it or waste of money?" (April 2026) saw the same spread: a 45-person Series A team quoted "3-5k per month per rep" by some agencies and pay per meeting by others.
Compare those numbers with an in-house US hire. The Bridge Group's 2025 report puts median SDR on-target earnings at $80K ($55K base, $25K variable), average ramp at 3.0 months and annual attrition at 40% (Bridge Group, 2025). For the full side-by-side, see in-house SDR vs outsourced SDR agency.
How to Choose an SDR Agency
Choosing an SDR agency comes down to 4 questions you should ask in writing before you sign. Outsourced SDR programs fail often: in a SaaStr survey of 1,200+ readers, only 7% said outsourced SDRs had worked for them and 26% said they had "sort of" worked (SaaStr, May 2023).
Who owns the lists, domains and mailboxes?
Ask who owns the prospect lists, the sending domains, the mailboxes and the call recordings on the day you cancel. Several agencies, Belkins and SalesRoads among them, set up sending domains and mailboxes for your campaigns. Ask whether those assets, and the reply history in them, transfer to you or stay with the agency when you leave.
Will my reps be dedicated or shared?
A dedicated rep works only your account; a shared or fractional rep splits time across clients. SalesRoads, SalesHive and memoryBlue state that reps are dedicated. LevelUp Leads and Martal Group sell both. Leadium and CIENCE do not say on their sites. Ask for the rep's name, how many accounts they carry and what happens when they leave.
What does the pilot cost, and how do I exit?
Exit terms in this list range from "cancel anytime" (SalesRoads) to a 4-month pilot (Martal Group Tiers 2 and 3). Write the exit date into your calendar before you sign. Then set the bar for the pilot: meetings held (not booked), show rate and opportunities created.
Should I pay per meeting or a monthly retainer?
Pay per meeting sounds safer, but SalesHive argues on its pricing page that a vendor paid only per booking leans "toward volume over qualification." A retainer pays for activity, so you carry more of the risk on results. If you choose pay per meeting, define a qualified meeting in the contract: title, company size, and that the prospect shows up. Either way, divide total cost by meetings held, not meetings booked.
Key point: agencies work best when you already have a message that converts. memoryBlue asks for an ICP you hold with 70 to 80 percent confidence before it starts.
When Should You Hire In-House Instead?
Hiring your own SDR makes more sense than an agency once outbound is a permanent motion and you want the rep, the lists and the learning to stay inside your company. Agencies fit a test of a new segment or a stopgap while you hire. The detailed decision framework, with costs for all 3 paths, lives in our post on in-house SDR vs outsourced SDR agency.
If you'd rather hire a dedicated SDR
CloudTask is a staffing and recruiting company, not an SDR agency. We help US companies hire a full-time SDR from 12 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean who works US business hours on your team.
There are 2 models. With Direct Hire, you pay 20% to 30% of first-year base salary, one time, and the SDR joins your payroll; it carries a 6 month replacement guarantee (1 replacement, same job description) and no minimum term. With Managed Staffing, you pay one all-in monthly rate per person; CloudTask is the contracting party, you direct the work, and it carries a 24 month replacement guarantee with replacements not capped. Outbound SDR roles under Managed Staffing carry a 6-month minimum term.
We send 3 to 5 screened profiles within 48 hours, and each hire carries a $299 deposit (not a subscription), credited toward the placement fee on Direct Hire or the first monthly payment on Managed Staffing. CloudTask has placed more than 10,000 hires since 2016, and 85% are still in seat past 90 days. See how to hire a dedicated SDR or CloudTask pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an outsourced SDR cost per month?
Published prices in October 2026 run from $1,500 a month for an offshore CIENCE SDR, before its $2,000 team and $499 platform fees, to $11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 dedicated SalesRoads SDR. Belkins and LevelUp Leads start at $5,000. Leadium, Martal Group, memoryBlue and SalesHive quote each client, so ask for the full monthly total, including setup and data.
Do outsourced SDR companies guarantee meetings?
None of the 8 companies in this list publishes a meeting guarantee. SalesHive says "no one can honestly promise a fixed number before seeing your market," and Leadium guarantees activity, not appointment outcomes. If an agency offers a meeting guarantee, ask how it defines a qualified meeting.
Are outsourced SDRs dedicated to one client?
SalesRoads, SalesHive, Belkins and memoryBlue say their SDRs are dedicated; SalesRoads adds that reps are "never shared across accounts." LevelUp Leads and Martal Group offer both full-time and fractional reps. Leadium and CIENCE do not state it on their sites, so confirm how many accounts your rep will carry before you sign.
How long is a typical outsourced SDR contract?
Contract minimums in this list run from 0 to 4 months. SalesRoads, SalesHive and Leadium run month to month. LevelUp Leads asks for an initial 3-month commitment. Martal Group starts with a 3-month pilot on Tier 1A and a 4-month pilot on Tiers 2 and 3. memoryBlue says its minimum "varies by service."
