The guarantee is a no-poach clause, not a performance promise
One signed enterprise staffing agreement in the public record states that the firm does not warrant that placed contractors will produce any particular result. The same document bars the client from hiring that person directly for 180 days. The buyer's risk has no ceiling. The agency's revenue is protected.
Nobody publishes what protection you actually get
